"Bo Bo Ji" Sichuan spicy chicken and vegetable on bamboo skewers

This spicy street food "Bo Bo Ji" is one of my husband's favorite Sichuan dishes. After my circus went to bed, we had a quiet dinner without kids bothering us. But my son came in to bothering me during cooking lol, like he always like to pop in my video unexpectedly!

Then soak all the chicken and vegetable on the skewers in the spicy sauce for at least 30 minutes before you serve. This dish is serve cold:) great with beer and rice!
